Accessing std::vector containing boost::shared_ptr -> does at() return a copy of shared pointer?

See one of the docs for std::vector::at(). It returns a reference. As long as your emit sendObjToThread1(obj); does a copy of the shared_ptr you are safe.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
